Happy Halloween...yes I know its late:)

So here is my excuse...my computer crashed and I had to reboot to factory settings. I was able to save all my data but getting it back on the computer has been a long and difficult process. I have two toddlers!!!

Anyhow, Halloween was a lot of fun for the girls. We had Granny and Grandpa over for dinner and then after eating we all went out trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Before heading out though, Abby had a great time waiting for the "kids to come" so that she could give them candy. Of course, she was too nervous to actually go to the door but she loved it when the kids came. After several children, we left to do our own trick-or-treating. Grandpa fell on the way out the door and twisted his ankle terribly but fortunately he was still able to walk on it. Of course, his injury concerned Abby greatly. She is such a tender and caring little girl. She kept asking if Grandpa was okay. After that drama we went to a few houses. Lissie got scared at the first one when a man offered her candy. Abby on the other hand, wanted to go inside! We only went to about 5 houses before Lissie was done but Abby and Granny continued for a long time after. Abby loved it and is still talking about how she said "trick-or-treat" to the people at the houses.

Here is my beautiful little chicken.

This was the only shot they would let me get of them together.

After all of the excitement Lissie got to experience her very first lollipop!

They both looked so adorable. It really was a special evening - thanks.
You forgot the best part though, Abby kept asking "How's your butt Grandpa?" She really is such a caring little one.

Now that Lissie has had a taste (literally) of Halloween, just wait until next year - you will be out for hours going from door to door.

Love you all so much.
