Its 10PM...where is Abby?

When I went to check on the girls before going to sleep, I found Abby asleep in the hallway. She and Lissie were having a sleep-together and I guess Lissie was too loud!

More snow = More FUN!

The snow melted from yesterday just in time for more snow today. Most Coloradoans hate this but I LOVE it!!! As you can see, the girls do too.

Spring Snow

One of my absolute favorite things about CO is that we get massive amounts of snow in the spring and then the sun shines and we get to play in it. This one though brought something I don't like...a power outage or as Lissie likes to say "the powder went out." Fortunately, it happened at night right when the girls were going to bed so they enjoyed it. They got to brush their teeth by candle light and even have a candle in their room. The power came back later that evening but it was on and off the whole next day. The funny thing though is that Craig's house, across the street, was the only one on our street with power!

Abby got to have her very first snow day and she and Lissie had a great day playing on the deck in the snow.

They both love to eat the ice.

My Skinny Minny

I just had to take this picture. Abby had a little accident at church and the only clothes I could borrow were size 12 months pants. It kills me that she fits into these with the exception of the length! I am also so grateful that I have a dear friend who is a much more prepared mother than myself! I almost want to keep these pants for Abby to wear this summer as shorts.

Typical

Sadly its been so long since I've blogged I don't really remember why I took this picture but it is very typical of what the girls and Mac usually do. They love to hang out on Mommy's bed reading books, drinking milkie and watching movies. From the hair and clothes my guess is that we've already been out for the morning and now they're winding down for naptime. My favorite spot is right in the middle there and I get to snuggle both of my girls and Mac lays his head on my legs. Life doesn't get much better!

A Magical Night

Abby and I were spoiled rotten by Uncle Craig and Aunt Barbie who won tickets to see Disney on Ice! Craig let us go in his place with Granny and Auntie Barbie. It was a wonderful "girls night". It was a late night though so Lissie got to have a date night with her Daddy. She still talks about going for ice cream sundaes with her "fravorite Daddy!"

Abby was so excited that she got all dressed up during her naptime and could hardly stand to eat dinner! We had awesome seats just one section up from the floor and in the dead center. It was perfect!

Abby spent the majority of the show out of her seat clapping and dancing. It was definitely one of the best nights of her life. She loved seeing all of the movies she knows and loves come to life on the ice.

Her highlight though was the end where Snow White waved at her!

Thanks Craig and Barbie! We had a blast.

The newest member of the blue man group!

It always surprises me when Abby, my neat freak, gets dirty. She really enjoyed painting her hands though and making prints. Of course, the second she was done posing, she ran to the bathroom to get clean!
